The Accounting Assistant will be responsible for helping the client through their year-end audit. Some of the duties of the Accounting Assistant will include helping with various accounting functions such as processing the weekly, monthly and annual taxes. Additional duties will include doing research in the Maxwell software system per the request from the year-end auditors, processing Accounts Payables, and filing bills. A applicant with background in a construction industry and background with Maxwell software will be highly preferred.
